Kara Elizabeth Diogardi is a U.S born celebrity who is a multi-talented record producer, amongst other jobs. She has been credited with the release of over 100 albums. She is also a VP of Talent Development for WB. Presently, she is better recognized as a judge on the hit TV program American Idol. Since becoming part of the team she collaborated with colleague song writer Paula Abdul on a few of the pieces performed by certain idols. For season 8’s finale, she performed onstage, surprising the audience by ripping off her dress and showing off her bikini underneath. Kara from American Idol mostly pens soft rock. She has a songwriting list of a multitude of pieces, of which over two hundred have been released on major labels the world over, and more than one hundred appear on nationally top selling albums. Her songs have been presented in major movies, television, in soundtracks, and on radio, as well as national and international commercials.
