Air cycling is something that you once did when you were a kid. What many people do not know is that it is one of the best belly fat exercises. You could do to tighten the muscles in your lower abdominal region leaving no chance for fat to grow there. Lie flat on the ground facing upwards. Arms should be rested firmly on the ground as well with palms down. Pull your legs mid way up in the air, knees slightly bent. Mimic movements as if you were cycling outdoors. Doing this for two minutes two to three times a day will help you maintain flat looking belly.
