I had to put ice on my left knee last night. I had twisted my leg in the backyard earlier in the day. My knee usually feels better with the passage of time, but I f ice was needed on this particular occasion. While I lay in bed, I thought about my step-dad. He was disabled. I am going to look at some catholic nursing homes in the area. I feel he needs this sort of living arrangement will be the best thing for him.
