Effective Workouts Now

Im not a big fan of making my workoiuts complex or complicated.  I like to keep it simple and effective. This is what seems to work best for me. It also is really the only thing that seems to make any sence to be doing. Using real lifts using real weight. This is what is going to work for me. Im only intwerested in muscle stimulation. And it is not  complex to do. You simply need to push your body past what it is used to.  It a way to do fast workouts also.  Its the only way to go.
