When we started house hunting last year, we did not expect to find anything right away.  Most of our searching was done with the intent of getting a feel for the market, and we fully expected to search for months before we found the perfect place.  Little did we know how fast things would go!  Two weeks into our search the perfect home came onto the market at an awesome price, and we jumped at the chance to make it our own. We ended up needing to get prequalified for a mortgage in about 3 hours so we could make our offer immediately!  Thankfully, we worked with an awesome loan officer who made it all happen for us.
