Figuring out what to snack on is always a challenge. Most of the pre-prepared or ready to eat snacks available on the market these days are unhealthy. Many of them are deep fried, sugar filled, and stuffed with fat and sodium. With such terrible options, more people are realizing that they need to create their own snacks.
