A friend of mine came to me the other day and told me that he had something that he wanted to show me.  I asked him what it was, and he said that he had watched this special program the other night that had to do with making whiplash claims.  He took down a bunch of notes and told me that he could make copies of them for me, assuming that it would help me in the case that I was currently involved in.  I told him that I would love to take a look at some of the things that he had taken down.
