Small businesses are not the typical stereotype

A huge mistake would be to neglecting to see their unique selling position and unique small business personality. For those who are marketing to small businesses, they sometimes inadvertently lump these special businesses as they would a large corporation. Again, a huge marketing mistake. As a marketer, by keeping in mind the independent and special aspects of each unique business, marketing to small businesses and their equally independent and one- of - a kind owners could well turn out to be your special niche. When given respect, these hard working, giving and intelligent owners will return it two fold in loyalty and business. Forget to treat someone with respect, and you may as well kiss the relationship goodbye. Cultivate and enjoy a long term relationship with a very hard working partner based in mutual respect and admiration for each others talents. You will go along way together.
