Nike makes a large range of running shoes for a wide range of running styles and foot types. One of their new models is the Nike Zoom Start which is a very flexible shoe that feel fast on the foot. It is similar in style and shape to the Air Pegasus shoe, which some runners consider does not fit very well. The shoe does use very thin bands of wire that connect the laces to the sole. The shoe is 10.5 ounces in weight which is middle of the range of weights for running shoes. The shoe is recommended for lighter runners with a higher arch foot.
